"The SYWTBDR event put on by open circle provided an invaluable opportunity to hear genuine reflections and insights from a variety of perspectives in the medical field that simply cannot be accessed online or in a book. There was also an open forum and chance to connect individually with current and training physicians, physician assistants, and a medical ethicist. Highly recommended for anyone contemplating how a career in healthcare may fit with their values and lifestyle." – Alex Kuntz

"I first attended SYWTBDR in 2013. At the time, Dr. Frolic's authentic and candid perspective inspired me to re-evaluate my decision to apply to medical school and be a doctor. Four years later, I decided to attend the event again in 2017 and was surprised that I still resonated with what she shared. I appreciate events like this because they help me gather different perspectives about the gifts we have to share with the world and individual life missions, while learning from the experiences of others and drawing meaning from my own." – Elise Desjardins
