How do you want to feel? We often pursue external goals as a means to help us achieve certain feelings like success, happiness, meaning, connection, and so forth. Yet we seldom reflect on how we actually want to feel, how we can generate those feelings from within, and what pursuits are in alignment with our desired way of being. Once we know how we want to feel, we can live and set goals with intention to create more meaning, happiness, and fulfillment in our experiences.
Join us to learn more about the basics of The Desire Map theory and spend the evening reflecting, sharing, meditating, cultivating gratitude, and practicing gentle yoga as we work towards discovering and clarifying our Core Desired Feelings.
