What are different ways I can manage my stress? What are the things in my life that matter to me? What can I do to achieve meaningful goals? How can I give attention to these things while still maintaining my academics and student life?

As a university student, it can be challenging sometimes to find a balance in your life and make time for yourself and self-care. Simple living not only benefits you but it benefits those around you. Making small changes can have a big effect. This event will give you the tools and techniques to find and realize the ways you can engage in simple living by decluttering your life and prioritizing what is important to you. We’ll explore ways to make mindful choices in our lives so we can have a healthy environment.
