Finding gratitude in Endings: Endings are regularly part of our lives, whether it’s an experience, event, relationship, class, or other chapters that end. Sowmithree will guide us through journaling and discussion, to find ways to be with endings and the uncertainty they bring, while practicing gratitude. This is a supportive space for journaling, sharing about our journeys and questions in an atmosphere of respect and openness.
