Let’s face it, being a student can be stressful. Our Stress Less week is here to help! Build your stress toolkit by visiting our Reflection Circles for a special focus on dealing with stress.   • Create an oasis of calm in the midst of your busy day through guided relaxation and visualization. Learn practices that you can do in only a few minutes whenever you need to be refreshed.

Body, Mind, Spirit Circle

  • What stresses you? What helps you with stress? Hear the stories of others, share your own, and explore some healthy alternatives to manage stress and take care of your self. We’ll try some mindfulness practices that you can take into everyday life.

  • Take some time to slow down with us this week and center yourself. Try zentangles, meditating through repetitive drawing (or you might think of it as doodling). This can be a quick tool to use when you need a stress break.
