Explore our place in nature and the place of nature in our lives. Take a reflective hike and breathe in the beauty of our own Hamilton waterfalls. Visit Albion falls, Felkers Falls, and Eramosa Karst. We’ll use a variety of mindful practices throughout the hike with time for reflection and opportunity for discussion and/or journaling.

Please bring:

Comfortable shoes appropriate for hiking
ayers of clothes for hiking in cold temperatures
Your own bagged lunch/snacks/water bottle
Health card
