Navigating Change: Grounding Inward, Together, and in Nature

Open Circle & CVC One Day Virtual Retreat

Saturday, August 7, 8:00am – 9:30pm

Pack up your Zoom tent and join Open Circle & CVC for our one-day virtual retreat! We will explore themes of dealing with change and uncertainty, connecting with nature, setting intentions for the upcoming term, and forming habits in a safe space. We will begin our morning by having breakfast together, followed by some icebreakers and reflection activities. In the afternoon and evening, we will each embark on our own nature hikes and convene for community building through reflective exercises, creative arts, meditation, and games. This one-day retreat will also offer participants tools and ideas for creating our own retreats whenever we need them. We hope to see you there!

This online retreat is thoughtfully crafted to restore you, not exhaust you.
