Open Circle & CVC Annual Retreats

Renew your body, mind and soul...Reflect on experiences with others

Open Circle retreats provide opportunity to get away and gain perspective while renewing your body, mind, and spirit. With diverse participants and a broad range of activities, reconnect with yourself and reflect on your experiences with others who are asking similar questions.

January Weekend Retreat:

2nd weekend in January

Reconnect to your authentic self through a weekend retreat filled with opportunities to reconnect with yourself and get back in touch with your center. Awaken to your life as you uncover where you are now in your story and reflect on where your story is taking you. Engage in contemplation and community through hiking, reflective exercises, creative arts, meditation, and cooking and sharing meals. Listen to the authenticity of who you are, and let that truth emerge into your daily living.

Registration information will be posted in November

Spring Volunteer Retreat:

End of April or May

Grow with nature by giving back through activities such as planting a garden, rebuilding a board walk, cleaning up garbage, cutting back undergrowth on nature trails, raking, and other tasks. Connect with other participants through activities such as hiking, reflective exercises, creative arts, meditation, and sharing meals. Apart from community building, connect with your inner self and reflect on your place in the cycles of life.

Registration information will be posted in March

Retreats are available to post-secondary students.
