Habit Visualization to support your goals: Reflect on the habits that helped or hindered you in 2025 with honesty, self-kindness, and gratitude. Choose one change to make to move you towards what you most want in your life during the coming year, and use the power of your imagination to visualize yourself enacting this habit consistently every day, with confidence and inner motivation.

Winter Hike to Create your Vision Board: A reflective hike in Cootes paradise to create a vision board (from nature) for your goals for 2026. Learn tips for making habits stick and discuss ideas for committing to habits that support your goals and values.
