Expand Mind-Body Awareness: Join us for a Body Scan Meditation where we will follow the moment-by-moment sensations within the body. This practice helps to expand mind-body awareness, strengthen concentration, release tension, and quiet mental distractions. We will also set our group intentions and discuss the benefits of regular mindfulness practice.
Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

To attend, review our Screening Checklist. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. Exception: if you were sick within the last 5 days, but your symptoms have improved for 2 days, you are welcome to attend if you wear a mask. If you’ve been exposed to others who are sick within the past 5 days, please wear a mask (masks available).
