Habit Visualization to support your goals: Reflect on the habits that helped or hindered you in 2025 with honesty, self-kindness, and gratitude. Choose one change to make to move you towards what you most want in your life during the coming year, and use the power of your imagination to visualize yourself enacting this habit consistently every day, with confidence and inner motivation
Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with yourself and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

Exception: if you were sick within the last 5 days, but your symptoms have improved for 2 days, you are welcome to attend if you wear a mask. If you’ve been exposed to others who are sick within the past 5 days, please wear a mask (masks available).
