  • Fridays 10:30-11:20, starting January 19th

At the start of the new year, take a journey into asking: What are my strengths? Who do I want to be? How can I ground myself during uncertainty? How can I live my own values and stand up against pressures to conform? How do I live authentically when I feel judged?

“When the voice and vision on the inside is more profound, and more clear and loud than all opinions on the outside, you’ve begun to master your life.” – John Demartini

Learn about yourself and hear your own voice through mindfulness practice, writing, body awareness, movement, music, and visual creative expression.
