Grab a snack and join us for an afternoon of mindfulness fun! Open Circle is excited to host a virtual Zoom event to share with each other how we practice mindfulness in our daily lives, along with our favourite mindful hobbies and habits. The latter half of the event will involve a planning portion to track our newfound habits in an individualized planner format, or however you wish. We hope to see you with your afternoon tea!
