Reflection Circles are a safe space for students to connect with your self and others in an atmosphere of respect and awakening to your authentic life through mindfulness practice, creative expression, and discussion. You are welcome to attend any week! Open to undergraduate and graduate students.

Required Screening

To attend circles, review our Screening Checklist  If you are feeling unwell or had COVID-19/exposure, please do not attend. Exception: if you were sick within the last 10 days but your symptoms have improved for 2 days, you are welcome to attend if you wear a mask. (masks available)

Body Mind Spirit Circle

Wed Jan 22, 3:30-4:20pm, MUSC 220

My Quote for the Music Sharing Circle: What song describes the “you” whom you want to be in 2025? Bring a song to share and/or listen to others share their songs to describe the kind of person we each wish to be this semester and year. While listening to music, option to mindfully play with pastels in response to the music. Together (with AI) we’ll create a song to reflect our collective aspirations for 2025! Creative materials are provided.

Mindfulness Circle

Thursday Jan 23, 2:30-3:20pm, MUSC 212, Spiritual Care and Learning Centre (after entering, 2nd room on the left)

Transformation and Empowerment: Experience a guided imagery meditation on the theme of transformation, healing change, and empowerment. We’ll start with relaxation and deep breathing and then explore imagery that reflects on the areas in ourselves, our relationships, or in society that we would like to see transformed and renewed.
