Body, Mind, Spirit Circle Wednesday, October 17
2:30-3:20, in Museum of Art, 4th floor Coin Room

Technology and Mindfulness: How are your relationships with others and yourself affected by your uses of technology? Explore how technology can contribute to or hinder you in  finding the time and inner space to live the life you want? Through discussion, journaling, and readings, examine how to practice presence through conscious choices (and live your ideal daily life).

Creativity Circle -  Thursday, October 18
11:30-12:20, in Museum of Art, 4th floor Coin Room

Experience a guided visualization and expressive drawing exercise as a way of noticing growth in yourself. Reflect on: What do I now need in my life to nourish growth and presence? Whatever you create is for your eyes and reflection only. We create a space for listening to the process rather than focusing on outcomes. No artistic skill or experience required!

Meditation CircleFriday, October 19
12:30-1:20, in Museum of Art, 4th floor Coin Room

Experience a guided imagery meditation on the theme of “seeking and asking.” We’ll start with relaxation and deep breathing and then explore imagery that puts us in touch with our inner longings, helping us to ask for whatever it is that we most need.
