Meditation CircleMonday, April 2
3:30-4:20, in SWELL, Wood meeting room (MUSC B118) 

Learn a practice called “Soften, Soothe, Allow,” that you can use in your daily life whenever you’re facing stress or difficult emotions. This meditation teaches how to locate emotions or stressful feelings in the body, to gently relax those areas, to allow yourself to feel whatever you are feeling, and to reconnect with compassion for yourself in the midst these feelings.

Body, Mind, Spirit Circle Wednesday, April 4
1:30-2:20, in Museum of Art, basement Educational Library

Discuss bringing balance into your exam season and set your intention. Experience a guided meditation to practice being in tune with the rhythms of your breath and the seasons of the day, learning to pay attention to the ebb and flow of your own personal daily rhythm.

Creativity Circle -  Friday, April 6
1:30-2:20, in Museum of Art, 4th floor Coin Room

Reflect with images, experience a centering exercise and draw in response. Using a meditative and collaborative group process, we’ll create a poem for you to take into your exam time and continue to listen to for guidance and inspiration. No artistic experience or skill needed!
