Mindful Yoga with Open Circle

De-stress during the midterm season with a gentle yoga practice and meditation. Guided by trained yogi and former social worker Cheryl Fenn, together we will engage in mindfulness exercises and practice our stress management skills while listening to our bodies. After the guided practice, we will reflect on our experience and how we can carry this sense of solitude with us during this hectic time. Yoga mats will be provided.
