Mindfulness and Creativity: falling awake to life through creative expression

Join us to explore to experience creativity as a mindfulness practice and grow your ability to bring mindfulness into your daily activities. Experience simple creative arts practices to destress and to cultivate curiosity and focus. Create your own mandala as a focus for meditation. We’ll use a variety of media including music, visual, movement, and writing in a non-judging, respectful environment where no artistic experience or perceived skill is needed. Bring any of the following with you: paper, pen or pencil, and any markers, pencil crayons, crayons, paints, or pastels that you have available.
