Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness fun during Reading Week to recharge, relax, and recenter with the Open Circle community (and put aside your schoolwork for a bit). “Walk around” our Gathertown space to meet others, join discussions, and try activities such as guided mindfulness practices, creative art sessions, ways to integrate mindful habits into daily life, board games, and a TedTalk discussion. Or you might hangout in our chill chat room. Learn how to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. We've got something for everyone -- so join us and make this the highlight of your Reading Week! You can pop in for a short time or stay the whole 2 hours. Make sure to bring snacks, your favourite warm beverage, an old book to rework into an altered book, creative supplies if you have them, and your sense of imagination. We hope to see you there!
